A quick note: We use a "family-style" structure for our Mentorship Program. This means that we develop mentorship families that include 1-2 PA-Cs, 1-2 current PA students, and 4-6 pre-PA students primarily grouped based on where folks live (i.e., geographic regions) to facilitate in-person shadowing experiences and connections (as available and based on local COVID precautions and health care system and clinic policies).

Potential mentees must be planning to apply during the 2024 CASPA cycle which begins in April 2024.
